At Ruslan Baginskiy, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our headwear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original Ruslan Baginskiy box and protective dust bag to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once our team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
